Private villa rental includes:

Bed and Breakfast Rental
- master suite $175 daily
- ground floor or upstairs bedrooms $145 daily
- You share the villa in exchange for big savings! Limited kitchen use (refrigerator and microwave only), no smoking in rooms or verandah.

- Bed and breakfast reservations can't be accepted more than 3 months in advance of your visit.
Christmas Season
- From December 21-January 4, the villa is available only for full villa rental at $450 daily. Minimum rental is 5 nights.
- Full payment is required at the time of rental, becoming nonrefundable within 60 days of reservation. Cancellation more than 60 days prior to reservation is refunded less one night's rent.
Other Services
We invite you to let us prepare some of your meals for you! Our staff utilizes locally grown or procured produce and meats whenever possible in the preparation of delicious Dominican dishes, as well as international fare. You pay for ingredients (our caretaker can make the purchase for you), then Isalene prepares the food for you, which will either be served family-style before 2 pm or left on the stovetop or in the refrigerator for service in the evening. This service is available for $10 per person Monday-Friday, and it may be arranged for a modest fee on Saturdays and Sundays.On-site massage: $60

Driver and van (up to 6 passengers) for full day to explore anywhere on the island: $150

Terms
Minimum rental of the villa is 3 days. Maximum 2 persons per bedroom. Deposit of 3 nights rent is required at the time of reservation, the balance no less than 24 hours prior to occupancy. The first day's deposit is fully non-refundable, the remainder becoming non-refundable 60 days prior to the first reserved day.
A service charge of 10% will be added to your rental.
Rates are not negotiable!
The villa is not handicapped-accessible, and it is not a safe environment for young children. Minimum guest age is 10. The villa is occupied at the renters' risk following agreement to a waiver of liability.
