Reservations
Preferred minimum rental of the villa is one week, with additional days or weeks available at daily or weekly rates thereafter. Ten percent of the rental fee is required at the time of reservation, then an additional 40% 1 month prior to occupancy, at which time the deposit becomes nonrefundable, unless the villa can be rented to another party. The remaining half is due at the start of occupancy. Discounts will be considered for stays longer than 2 weeks.
Basic rental includes:
- 3 bedrooms (one king, two queen) with en suite bathrooms
- a study, which is adjacent to the master bedroom
- full kitchen
- pool and patio
- housekeeping services
- presence of full-time, on-site caretakers
- daily fresh, local fruit juices
We strongly encourage you to let us prepare meals for you! Our staff utilizes locally grown or procured produce and meats whenever possible in the preparation of delicious Dominican dishes, as well as international fare.
The villa is not handicapped-accessible, and it is not a safe environment for young children. Minimum guest age is 12. The villa is occupied at the renters' risk following agreement to a waiver of liability.
Rates
Our basic weekly rate is $3500 US (no meals). Additional days are available at $500 US. Please contact us for details on our meal plans.
While our strong preference is to rent the villa in its entirety for a week or longer, 3-day minimum rental and/or partial villa rental will be considered if the villa is unreserved 1 month prior to your intended stay. Rates on request.
